This honey is infused with farmgrown freeze-dried peppers from Ohi:Yo Pepper Co's farm - Processed in a licensed kitchen and is not considered a "cottage food", therefore is subject to more regulations and higher quality standards! The honey used in the Jalapeno, Datil, Chocolate Habanero, Ghost, and Carolina Reapers jars was harvested from Ohi:Yo Pepper Co's beehives in Zanesville, OH (Not owned by Maygical Garden).
